Bygone days........Chetwynd House, Clayton

I have just found this old picture of Alan & myself at Clarice Cliff's last home...Chetwynd House, Clayton, where we met the (then) surviving 'Bizarre Girls', including Elsie Nixon, seen with us in the picture. We also met and chatted for an age with the original Crocus Girl...Ethel Barrow, such a great character...and we also put on a small selling display for the collectors....way back in the early 1990's.........the house was then owned by Dr Flavia Swan who kindly permitted the event to be held at Chetwynd House, Clayton and which was a huge success.
